Plain terms for booking.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices for a medium car in normal condition within our core area. The final price is confirmed with you after inspection and before any work starts. If we find something on arrival that changes the job, we tell you and you decide.

Deposits

Bookings under £500 take a £50 deposit; £500 to £1,000, 10%; over £1,000, 20%. Deposits are paid by a secure card link and come off the final bill. A slot is held once the deposit is paid.

Moving or cancelling

Move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained. If we have to cancel, you get the deposit back in full or a new date, your choice.

Weather

Ceramic coatings and window tinting need dry, calm conditions or a garage. If the forecast makes the work unsafe to do properly, we move the date and no charge applies.

What we need from you

A driveway, parking space or garage with room to open every door; the keys; and for coatings and tint, a garage or sheltered spot. Please remove personal items from the interior for interior details. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Pre-existing damage

We photograph the car before we start. Existing chips, scratches, cracked trim or glass, and prior repairs are recorded and shared with you. Paint depth is measured before machine polishing and we stop where the paint does not safely allow more.

Guarantees

Coating and film guarantees are the manufacturer's, subject to their terms (registration, annual inspection, no automatic brush washes). Workmanship: if you find something we missed, tell us within seven days and we come back and put it right at no cost.

Payment

Balance is due on completion by card, bank transfer or the payment link we send. [Company details and insurance information will be listed here once supplied.]
